What started as a small family operation has grown into one of the most trusted accommodation agencies in the region, while maintaining the personal touch that makes each guest feel like they're visiting friends rather than just booking a holiday.
As a registered tourism business (obrt) based at Put Tihe 12 in Cavtat, we specialize in connecting travelers with the finest villas, apartments, and rooms along the stunning Dalmatian coast, from Cavtat to Dubrovnik, Mlini, and Plat.

17km from Dubrovnik
The best of both worlds
"If Dubrovnik is a chocolate box, then Cavtat is a paintbox. Cobbled streets with traditional red-roofed brownstone houses climb back from the blue of the waterfront."
- Linda Cookson, The Independent
Cavtat (pronounced "tsavtat") is a small harbor town just 17km down the coast from Dubrovnik. Here you can enjoy the relaxed rhythm of life in a colorful waterfront community, while knowing that you can sample the attractions of Dubrovnik whenever you like - connecting services run every half hour by boat or bus.
Cavtat is famous for its glorious sunsets. As evening falls, clouds in the night sky are outlined in a glow of copper and silver, looking for all the world like strange new countries on a mysterious old map. It's no wonder the place has attracted so many artists.
Originally the site of Epidaurum, founded in the 4th century BC, Cavtat boasts an impressive cultural history. Visit the Vlaho Bukovac Gallery, the celebrated Croatian painter's former home, or the octagonal Racic Mausoleum designed by sculptor Ivan Mestrovic. The 16th-century Rector's Palace houses an eclectic collection of art and artifacts.
Cavtat perches on the saddle of a wooded peninsula between two bays, so you're never more than moments from the water. The sea is as still as a mirror, a deep and brilliant blue with pools of green reflected from the pine forests. Venture to the peninsula's tip and discover semi-wild parkland, heavily scented with herbs and flowers - a living Arcadia perfect for swimming and picnics.
A picturesque waterfront where fishing boats jostle with luxury yachts, lined with palm trees and outdoor cafes.
Wooded peninsulas, pine-scented parkland, and crystal-clear Adriatic waters perfect for swimming.
Home to the Bukovac Gallery, Racic Mausoleum, and centuries of artistic tradition dating back to 4th century BC.
Fresh seafood, local wines like Dingac, and traditional Croatian cuisine in waterfront restaurants.
