Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Cavtat Turist.

General
Cavtat Turist (www.cavtat-apartments-villas.com) acts as an agent for the property owner of accommodation featured on our website. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
"Booking" means the booking made between you and the agency for the rental of an accommodation in accordance with the terms and conditions.
"Deposit" means a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental fee payable.
"Property" means the specific property rented by You in accordance with these Conditions and specified in the Confirmation Invoice.
How to Book
- Once you have seen a property that you wish to rent, you should email, telephone or contact the agency to confirm availability and any other information important to your booking.
- Once you have decided to make a booking, we will ask you to confirm it by email and shortly after you will receive the confirmation invoice.
- Once the confirmation invoice has been sent out from Cavtat Turist, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid.
Payment: Deposit & Balance
Deposit payment can be made via bank transfer or by credit card (Visa/Visa Electron/Mastercard or Maestro).
Bank Transfer: Please advise which currency you wish to pay in - Euros or Croatian Kunas. Please pay all bank charges.
Credit Card: A 3.5% surcharge will be imposed on the deposit amount. Your credit card will be charged in local currency (Croatian Kunas) by Cavtat Turist.
The balance for reservation is payable to the property owner in Croatian Kuna during your rental period.
Booking Confirmation
When you have paid a deposit we will accept your booking by issuing the written booking confirmation. It is important that you check the booking confirmation you receive from us immediately on receipt. You must contact us straight away if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later.

Prices and Best Rate Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on our website are per property per night.
All properties are let fully furnished and equipped. The price includes:
- Tourist taxes and VAT (22%)
- Bed linen (changed weekly)
- Reasonable use of towels
- One baby cot
- Electricity and gas
- Hot and cold water
- Air conditioning/heating
- Satellite television
- Internet access (where available)
Arrival and Departure
Check-in
14:00 - 23:00
Check-out
By 11:00
Please inform us about your estimated arrival/departure time. If you are arriving before 11:00 or after 23:00, please let us know. Depending on other bookings, check-in/check-out time may be flexible. This should be confirmed prior to your arrival.
Your Responsibilities
To keep the property and all furniture, fittings, facilities, equipment and grounds in the same state of repair, condition and general order as at the start date. The party leader is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of the party as well as for the payment of any breakages, loss or damage to the property and the cost caused by same.
Security and Valuables
Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. Cavtat Turist is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft to your valuables. It is essential and your responsibility to ensure all doors, shutters, windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are supplied in all properties. Weekly linen change and reasonable use of towels is included in the price. It is advisable to take a beach towel and to check that cot linen is provided.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless with the explicit permission of the owner. The owner reserves the right to add a surcharge.
Additional Services
Cavtat Turist offers a list of additional services which can be provided to you by a third party supplier on request:
- Airport transfers
- Car hire
- Excursions
While Cavtat Turist can book additional services on your behalf, any contract you enter into for these services is with the supplier of the services provided. Cavtat Turist shall not be liable to you for any costs, damages, loss, expenses and demands of your use of the additional services. Payment for such services is usually made locally.
Visa Applications
Cavtat Turist is able to supply additional documentation in support of visa/other applications.
Complaints
If you have a problem whilst at your booked accommodation, please bring it to the attention of the agent or property owner so to have an opportunity to put it right at the time.
